Do you offer a refund for returns?

Yes we do but not for downloadable products! However, the return must be mailed to us within 30 days after your purchase delivery date.  Please see our Return & Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

Do you offer exchanges? 

Unfortunately, not as this time.

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders that are not instant downloads will be shipped out within 7 business days and then you will receive tracking details.  Please see our Return & Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

Can I change or cancel my order?  

We allow order cancellations within 12 hours after the original purchase.  Please, double check you have the correct items, quantities, shipping info, etc. before submitting an order.  Please see our Return & Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

What do I do if my purchase is incorrect, damaged, or defective and Love & Adore Boutique is at fault?

Please Contact Us right away and let us know the problem.  This will allow us to resolve the issue quickly.  Please include your order number along with details about the problem.  If you meet requirements, then will send you either a replacement item if in stock or a 100% refund.  Please see our Return & Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

How do I get a discount?

We have occasional site wide or individual product sales and promotions.  We also occationally send promotion codes by email or on social media.  So be sure to join our emailing list and follow us on social media!  This code can be applied during checkout.  We can not apply codes after an order has beed placed.
