Return & Shipping Policy

Returns

Our 30-day return policy is available for merchandise returned within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.  Your return must be postmarked on or before this final day.   We offer hassle-free product refunds with free return shipping.  In order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused, unwashed, tags still attached, in the same condition received upon delivery.  If approved, a full refund minus the initial cost of shipping will be issued.

Please contact us right away if there is a problem with the product or order.  Read our cancelation policy below for more detailed information.

Return Shipping Instructions:

  1. Look up  your order and print a prepaid return shipping label.
  2. Repackage your return item(s) in original or similar packaging and seal.
  3. Tape the return label onto the package exterior.
  4. Drop off return at the nearest carrier location.

Upon receipt, the return will be processed and a refund will be issued only if return requirements have been met.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding major holidays) after you have mailed your package for us to receive and process your return.  You may inquire about your return status by emailing info@loveandadoreboutique.com.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  You will receive an email notification after the refund has been issued.   Please note, this credit may take a few days to appear.

Cancelations

We allow order cancellations within 24 hours after the original purchase has been completed.  After the 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the cancelation of an order or that an order issue will be corrected.  Please be careful when entering information at the checkout, always double check that everything is correct.  If Love & Adore Boutique is at fault, then we will work to correct the issue.  After our 30 day return policy expires we can no longer offer refunds, so if there is an issue, then please let us know in a timely manner.

Shipping

Our products are shipped out within 10 business days (excluding major holidays), using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.  We will work hard to ship your order as soon as possible.  After an order is placed, an email with a tracking number will be sent when the order has been shipped out.
